You will hear up what’s driving real time client demand for interim professionals in hot spots of Turnaround, Transformation, Private Equity.
Following on from the 2022 IIM Annual Survey results released in July, we are excited to
announce a series of 6 Webinars and Round Table events taking place over September and
October.
The series will focus on the main drivers of demand and supply for interim professionals over the coming 12 to 18 months domestically and internationally. Participants will have the opportunity to hear first-hand from the leading Interim Service Providers who are closest to the market.
You will hear up what’s driving real time client demand for interim
professionals in hot spots of Turnaround, Transformation, Private Equity.
We will be joined by the leading consultants from Internet Service Providers who are recognised by the profession as being leaders and subject matter expert in their respective fields.
The sessions will be divided into two parts. The first part will allow attendees to participate in a webinar format session including live Q and A, on the key issues and challenges facing clients and how that’s driving demand for interim management. These sessions are open to all interested parties and will run from 12.00 till 12.45 (except Session 1 which will run 12.00 until 13.00).
Many commentators are forecasting severe economic shocks in the UK economy caused by double digit inflation, energy prices, the ongoing impact of the war in Ukraine changes in the political landscape and economic policy. Factors that will cause potential disruption in
labour markets drive unprecedented demand for interim managers.
This a must attend series for interim professionals keen to keep abreast with developments in their markets.
The second part of each of sessions 2-6 is an exclusive members-only event where IIM members will join the panellists for a round table discussion with a networking opportunity beginning at 12.45. This is a unique opportunity for interim managers to meet and interact
face to face with some our Affiliates’ top ranked consultants who are sourcing valuable work for interims. Each session is scheduled to end at 13.30.
1 Wednesday 14th September “The Survey Results: Key themes and trends” Tony Evans and Charles Stuart, IIM
Tony and Charles will present a more in depth view of the key trends and themes from this year’s IIM Annual Survey and take questions from the audience. Their experience over a number of years will add to the quality of the interaction with the webinar attendees to make an informative and enjoyable session covering key findings from the most authoritative interim survey serving the UK interim profession. This session will run solely as an extended webinar from 12.00 to 13.00.
