About this Event:

IIM is delighted to host this first in a series of events: bringing together cross-sector interims with end-clients.

UK universities, both public and private, face rapid, turbulent changes driven by financial insecurity, shifting political landscapes, intense competition, and necessary, fast-paced adjustments in teaching methods and technology. The sector needs new thinking, new skills to help it navigate and deliver the changes required to thrive in this new VUCA world.

This unique Chatham House-style in-person event in London is to network, connect and actively discuss the challenges and opportunities. This event is free to IIM Members.

Limited numbers enable deep conversations over a ‘state of the nation’ discussion, followed by a glass and nibbles. Topics:

  • Strategic transformation
  • Income generation
  • Financial optimisation
  • M&A and joint-venture partnerships
  • People strategy & change management
  • Brand positioning
  • Student & customer experience

The ‘Round Table’ has 3 executive HE clients who will talk about their challenges and seek active dialogue.
