Long served members will learn something too! They are designed to be interactive and the content will provoke questions and thought.

– today’s Building Business which covers understanding your value proposition and generating business
– and Pre and Post Assignment which covers client conversations, the assignment and beyond
Our speakers are:
Jenny Simnett MIIM, an Interim Director and Consultant who provides leadership, execution and performance improvement via the design and implementation of pragmatic organisational solutions to strategic and operational challenges.

and Andrew Grant MIIM, an experienced interim Local Authority Chief Executive, with experience as an independent consultant specialising on business change, transformation and digital, speaking extensively in the UK, US and Australia.

Hosting the event is Charles Stuart MIIM, an IIM Director and practicing interim for over 20 years, which like his lengthy permanent career, has been in multiple industries but in recent years focused on transformation in Life Sciences.
