The webinar series synopsis is a series of three one hour webinars, developed and hosted by seasoned Interim Managers, whose purpose is to assist new members successfully develop their interim careers. Long served members will learn something too! They are designed to be interactive and the content will provoke questions and thought.
The series comprises:

– Building Business which covers understanding your value proposition and generating business
– and today’s Pre and Post Assignment which covers client conversations, the assignment and beyond
Our speakers are:
Andrew Grant MIIM, an experienced Local Authority Chief Executive, most recently completing three interim CX assignments

and Ian Watkins MIIM, a commercially oriented executive level interim

Hosting the event is Elisabetta Battitella, an IIM Director and Certified Innovation Manager with several years of Interim management career, working with SMEs.
